  Came to the downtown location to get a suit for my wedding. Worked with Sam and Lisa, both were incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. At the time they were running a 2 for 1 special so ended up leaving with two suits, shirts, and ties. I am a bigger guy and it is usually difficult for me to find the right fit. They worked with me to really figure out what cut works best for my body. Overall a great experience.

  Very frustrating experience trying to get a suit for my wedding. Ended up having to order the same coat in three different sizes, three different times, requiring 4 separate visits... All showed a similar manufacturing defects that the “in-house” tailor did not feel confident could be fixed, but they still wanted to charge me over a hundred bucks to tailor it to make it look “better.” I have several suits from Dillard’s, JC Penny and Nordstrom and have never had a suit that fit so poor initially. I will not be returning to Jos. A Banks.

  Super friendly staff. We arrived 10 minutes before closing last night to get pick up/try on a tux. The staff acted as though we had nothing but time! No rush at all. Tux looked great. Thank you!!
