  We ordered our tuxes here for a wedding. A few were altered wrong but they were fast and efficient at correcting.

  Friendly and informative service for those looking for particular clothing. The gentlemen who helped me there, Michael, makes searching very easy. Sales and clearance events occur often and the discounts can be enormous. Set your calendar to remind you to browse this store during their sales events.

  Customer service is hit and miss. Biggest Jos Bank store in SF with a large selection, but certain salespeople like Daruzsah, tall guy with glasses, is awful. The manager, a tall skinny older guy looks puzzled the time I went to check on my suits.
