  Omg I wish I could give this place one million stars. The ladies who helped my boyfriend and I were hands down the nicest, funniest, and caring people. They helped us out a ton without being overbearing or sales-ie. Highly recommend going to them for all your business clothes attire.

  Wrong fitted suits. And horrible tailoring. My best recommendation. Just get a custom suit. Not from a jos a. bank store.

  I went in there to buy clothes for an interview. Everything was fine until the very last minute. I asked about their policy on returns and the lady just snapped. She started acting paranoid and eventual told me that I had to leave the store!! She was refusing to sell to me because I told her I might bring them back after my interview. I was embarrassed in front of other customers. She was raising her voice at me for really no reason which at first confused me because I wasn't being rude or anything. I was just asking about their return policy. I'm sure Jos. A bank is a great company. But they definitely need to check out their staff over at the shops in Houston area. When I say she was rude I really mean it. I felt disgusted by the service that lady offered me.

  Had to buy a replacement shirt when sriracha sauce exploded all over my white button up. Not only did they help me find a shirt quickly, but they also ran some water over my stained shirt. put some spot remover on it, AND THEN bagged it for me. I was able to return to work with my dignity, and after washing my stained shirt, it was like new again. Thanks to these guys for helping me out of a tight spot.
