::My washer died on me after 10 years. I called Jordan Appliances since it was a Saturday afternoon and his company is 24 hour. The technician arrived to my home at 11:30pm. He replaced the mother board and another switch and revived my front loading washer. Thank you so much. I be calling again for future household repairs.

::Bait and switch! Do not buy from Jordan!!! We bought and paid for washer and dryer and then it took calling/begging to get delivery after three days. When delivery came, they brought different dryer and told us it would cost an additional $150. This guy needs to be reported to Better Business Bureau.

::I brought a washing machine from Jordan Appliances in November and it stopped working... I returned it in December to have it fixed and Jordan Appliances has been giving me answers since... I have reached out to him on several occasions and all I get is it not ready... Waiting on part... Now its part cost more then the washing machine... I just want to be treated fairly...

::I bought my stackable washer and dryer from Jordan a couple of weeks ago. It was very nice of them for the extra work they have done to set it up and give me the best service to my boyfriend and I. I was surprised after the reviews I saw. I would highly recommend contacting jordan for any appliance sell and repair. 🙂

::Everything bad they are saying about Jordan is correct. He has moved to Durham off of Hwy 70 now, stay far away from Jordan appliances. They will rip you off!
