  I bought some shoes a year ago from this store that I took good care of and used sparingly. Recently the leather around the sole started to separate on both shoes which is unfortunate and clearly a quality issue. I brought the shoes in and was told this was a common problem with these shoes. I was then charged to get them fix which annoyed me given there was an apparent quality defect with the shoes. Anyway I payed the money to get their cobbler to fix the shoes. When I came to pick up the shoes a couple days later they looked worse then when I brought them in. They fixed the leather separation issue but they came back with more wrinkles and dust then when I came in; looked like someone had sat on the shoes on the shoes or they were thrown in a dusty corner. Needless to say I was not a happy customer. I have read more about J & M on reddit and it appears there have been a lot of complaints about shoe quality issues over recent years which is unfortunate since they make some sharp looking shoes. Given my recent experience and the high price of their shoes I will probably be looking elsewhere for my next pair.

  Good selection of accessories, especially for a small location. Larger items I've typically gone to Men's Wearhouse instead though.

  I have to say that this was the best shoe shopping experience I have ever had. The staff was extremely knowledgable and did not pressure you into a sale. They even went above and beyond and shipped my old shoes home so that I could walk out of the store in a brand new pair!
