  We had all of our wedding flowers from Johns flowers and everything was beyond perfect! from our gold touch centerpieces to our main table centerpiece! everything was just perfect!

  Today was an upsetting day and honestly a huge disappointment with this place. I was recommended here and I placed an order and paid for it on the spot. The arrangement was roses with drapping pearls and was supposed to have a faux diamond brotch in the design. My mother received the order with everything except the brotch that made the pearl design. When I called to address the concern I was transferred to three different people whom I had to explain my story three different times. I finally spoke with the girl who took my order and I explained to her the issue (mind you it was 2 dozen flowers and a vase for 100.00) so yes I expected the brotch on the pearls. I couldn't believe this girls non professional customer service her response was "ok not sure what you want us to do, the girl who arranged the flowers must of forgot to place the brotch". I then stated well what do you mean you don't know what I want you to do that's not what I paid for....and her next response was well you paid for the flowers not the brotch. I was in complete shock I said no worries won't ever go here again for any business and I hung up. My point is what business responds like that I wasn't looking for my money back but at least an an apology or some sort of credit would of been nice not even an apology for not providing the design that I PAID FOR YESSS paid because I'm sure I didn't pay 100.00 dollars for just 2 dozen flowers I'm sure the vase and design was part of that charge. I don't recommend this place they are LUCKY they received ONE STAR ⭐️And that's ONLY because I had to pick one to do this review. Seems like the only friendly customer service they have is prior to you paying that cash once they have their payment is screw your concerns if their is an issue afterwards....last time I ever step foot in this florist shop . Definitely won't recommend this business to no one. 👎
