  I have been with State Farm insurance for 32 years and this agent office is the worst customer service. They never answer the phone. Don't call you back when it's important. I've talked to corporate about this and still no results. Doesn't matter what time of day you call you just won't get a answer. I guess it's time for a new agent or new insurance company!

  I had been covered at this office for the last year after I swapped agents due to moving. They have never answered one of my calls ever and have never called me back. The final straw was when I moved. I called statefarm's 1-800 number and requested my coverage be switched over. The representative on the phone was great and sent the paperwork to John Tucker's office to be processed. He totally dropped the ball. He never updated my mailing address and he never moved my coverage over. I only found out when I called statefarm asking why I hadn't been charged. 100% avoid this office. Just go to any other Statefarm agent, don't waste your time here.

  This is the worst costumer service I've ever received. They never return calls or emails, when they do they meet you with hostility like it's your fault when you need something. Angelica Rosas is one of the more rude people I've dealt with over the phone, this whole office is bring State Farm's customer service reputation to shame and if you can get a different agent to represent you do everything in your power todo so.

  Seriously, you call and NO ONE EVER ANSWERS. Leave a message. They may call back or they may not. Terrible service. Moving to a new agent.

  I have always received great and professional service! Every time I have needed anything Angelica will go above and beyond to help me with my insurance needs. I highly recommend this agency!
