  Highly recommend Baumann to anyone that is in need of a safe moved or serviced. Mike came out with my new safe. What a pro. Everything from the equipment he uses to the extra care he took to protect my property. Could not be happier. Very professional, showed up on time, very efficient and made sure everyone was safe. The job was not an easy one and in fact other companies turned it down. Mike and his team made it look so easy. So glad I found them.

  I wouldn't recommend this company for safe service. We bought a couple safes from them several years ago and had a problem opening one of the safes. We called them paid the $105 to have the safe opened. We had a similar problem the next week and called them again. They said they'd have to send someone out to let us know what they could do. We were surprised since we bought the safe from them and knew the problem they couldn't give us a price over the phone so we had to pay another $105 for them to come out and tells us they would need to drill the safe open this time and would charge us around $200 or we could pay $450 for a new safe and opening of this one. We passed as it felt like we were being taken advantage of and it turns out we were. The safe we have it turns out can be purchased for about $70 and when we called the manufacturer they said they could just sell us replacement keys for $25. It would have been nice if the safe experts could have helped us in some way after buying these safes from them and paying for service also.
