  Joe Naquin is an excellent piano teacher for all ages. It is impressive though to see how especially good he is in teaching kids! Always with a fun, lighthearted joy for music combined with a firm, solid foundation in theory--truly, the best of both worlds. My 6 1/2 yr old daughter has been taking piano lessons from Joe since she was 5, and she LOVES his playful and positive personality. He is always incredibly patient and encouraging, but is also careful to make sure she learns essential concepts before moving forward to the next song or scale. My husband has been super impressed by how much Sophia's piano abilities have grown over the past year and a half! Highly recommend this fantastic teacher.
