::The food was okay, there wasn't much flavor to it. The amount of food we paid for wasn't satisfying. However, we enjoyed the customer service. Chris went above and beyond to make sure we are comfortable and came to check on us with a full house in Joe's Crab shack. A1 service! Thank you Chris!

::I've been here a few times, my last visit it seemed that they were understaffed for the amount of people that were trying to eat there. We waited maybe 40 minutes for a table (3 people) when there were clearly a lot of empty tables..and I understand they may have had no shows for work or something, but there were multiple people just walking out. We'd been there a few times so we just waited because we had nothing else to do, the waitress was great(pretty sure she was a hostess but just started helping out because the short staff). Two of us got a steal pot and potatoes and sausage were both under cooked, the crab and shrimp were pretty good though. Overall I've had good experiences here and maybe we just went on a really bad day but to be honest with how many options are in the area and with how expensive the menu is I would most likely just go to another place.

::The manager, Chris, was so incredibly kind and accommodating. I was here while waiting to do a pedal pub for my bachelorette party. He and the staff made it so fun while we waited for our tour. I would absolutely recommend this place if you are in the mood for seafood and a fun atmosphere while in Nashville!
What's Good
::Joe's Crab Shack is amazing! There is a large variety of seafood to choose from here, and the steam pots are fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is quirky with lots of oceanside inspired decor and fun music. Parking can be somewhat expensive here if you utilize the adjacent parking lot. Finding a spot at a meter and walking to the location is a better option.

::Great food! Excellent portions for those with a big appetite. The seafood is really good and well priced. But best of all, the service is amazing. It's true Nashville hospitality!! And a 10% military and first responders discount with valid ID.
