::The deli in here makes the best sandwiches around. If I had to pick two, the Evan’s IPA Braised Beef and the B.L.T. are absolutely delicious. If shopping for steaks and other meats, Joe’s has the highest quality as well

::Had two really good sandwiches here for lunch. Great quality. Amazing bread! Update: this market and sandwich shop continues to be our favorite spot in Carmel for a quick lunch. Every sandwich has been outstanding with our favorite being the ipa braised beef sandwich. Super friendly folks at the deli counter. Love this local business!

::Absolutely love this place! It’s a small butcher shop and deli. The staff is very friendly and helpful! The shop is stocked with all kinds of meats, wines, cheeses, spices, sauces, snacks, and veggies. The deli has a diverse menu to pick from and a nice seating area to the left of it. I am slightly bias because I only get one thing and one thing only when I go…The BLT. It’s A-mazing! My world has never been the same after trying it 😅 I’ve sent many others to the shop just off the BLT recommendation alone. Rather you want to try the BLT or not, Joes Butcher Shop is worth visiting! And Thank you to the kind staff!

::05/07/22 Update - we are back in town from California and came back for lunch. This place is great. Good food - Good Service & Good Time! This time our Daughter & Son-in-law were with us along with my son who just moved to Indy. I had the Chef’s Banh Mi sandwich with a Side Salad and my wife ordered the Grand Palace Salad. Both were delicious.My daughter had the Roast Beef & Cheddar, my Son-in-law had the Aii Amarillo Flank Steak and of course my son had the Meatball Sandwich. This place will NOT disappoint. I will stop by this place every time we come to town. What a great find today as we were exploring Carmel. Very nice selection of meats and fish and quite a few other specialty items. Glad our son found this place. Super helpful staff!! We had lunch there today. My wife ordered the Turkey Tarantino (Big Sandwich with plenty of turkey meat). My son had the Meatball Sandwich (It was pretty darn big) and I had their version of a Cuban Sandwich (El Cubanito). All the sandwiches were well made a definitely a meal. I bought some Sweet & Spicy Potato Chips to go with our sandwiches (just the right Ying & Yang with sweet & spicy) along with a side of Brussel Sprout Salad. The salad had a nice Smokey Flavor from bacon crumbled into the salad.
