  terrible service was specifically looking for juice and coffee.. this place was a block away.. perfect! as i waited 15 minutes for my order i watched as they literally had more than half the customers served ahead of me return their drink because it was incorrect, made incorrectly (apparently there's a separate guy in charge of adding ginger), or they missed a drink. orders written on paper. extremely disorganized. i don't know how a place like this stays in business in midtown. juice was good. coffee was ok.

  Very tasty and very healthy drinks and food! Fully recommend. Cool music and atmosphere with decent service. Obviously popular due to the gods quality overall. Give it a try!

  Really needed to use the restroom was willing to buy a drink and the man says, sorry i cant lend you the key i just cleaned them. I said but im buying a drink customer just need to go, he says sorry i just cleaned them. Sunday March 18 6:50 pm Never again, bad attitude from attendant very sour flavor in my mouth from this experience. Never again.

  I enjoy the Joe and the Juice brand and had been at my usual location which I like very much on Park Ave location and they were having some issues with the fridge and couldn’t offer sandwiches. I walked to this location specifically because of the very good service I get regularly at the Park ave location. The service was terrible. There seem to be a discrepancy between the workers. One employee was very focused and helping make and take the orders and make the drinks and food and the other one was on his phone in the back, slamming things and very abrupt behavior and very casually walking around while there was a very long line. I would recommend going to Park Ave even though it’s 3 avenues over it is definitely worth it. Service these days is everything when there’s so many options. Bad service like this doesn’t ever have to be or should be tolerated.

  Good juices but the staff sets the music way to loud and they "party" behind the counter. It's impossible to stay there for more than 5 minutes. Like ridiculously loud... People want a fresh juice and a chill spot to rest a bit.
