  This is a great store. It's clean and the staff is friendly . I took a beginner sewing class and the instructor (Amanda) was magnificent. She's precise while being patient. I look forward to my second class with her. There are items for almost every creative dream out there. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because as wonderful and knowledgeable as the staff is there aren't enough of them. I find that any of the stories I go to, no matter what day of the week or time of day, they're under staffed. There's usually a long line to get assistance. Once it's your turn, they're great.

  I've shopped here since Hancocks went out of business. It took a long time to get on their mailing list and actually get mail, but when I finally did it made my shopping there much better. I can usually find what I need or something I can make do with. Coupons make it somewhat cost effective but otherwise it's not Perth Street.

  They have much less than what they use too. I liked going to hancock fabrics better. Fabric selection is simple and has very little variety.

  LOVED the class I took here on Tuesday with Amanda. She taught me how make a pillowcase. It came out beautifully! I will be going back for more classes and to perfect my skills.
