  The employees at this store make it one of my favorite craft stores to go to. They have a good selection of product but not as large as some of the other stores.

  I love this store. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. Amazing selection offered at good prices.

  Staff there is HORRIBLY RUDE. Saw some yarn on sale, grabbed it up and while at the register it rang up incorrectly. I stated the bin said it was $6 all the way in the back, but the bin these were in had no sign, the sign in the back though clearly indicated these were on sale. The entire time there is an employee in line behind me still in uniform (apron) yelling across "THOSE AREN'T ON SALE I PUT THE SIGNS UP" and just carrying on and on and heckling. So the cashier goes to the back retrieves the sign and vindicates what I had been saying, the EMPLOYEE in LINE still yelling says "Well I just put the signs UP, shame on whoever did not take that down." I mean I never will set foot into that place again if THOSE are the types they employ. Talk about needing some classes in BASIC manners.
