  It took a long time for me to get answer from Simon about my kitchen and bath project, and I had very terrible experience from the contractor he introduced - Young Kwang construction ( also called South One, LLC, employees only the father and son). 1. The contractor doesn't have any knowledge about this industry, especially the son, he is totally spoiled 2nd generation. I ordered stainless steel sink, but the son asked me to pick it up by myself and said the sink was light for me to carry, because it's aluminum! Stupid dumb ass! 2. The son had terrible attitude, hard to communicate with, because his father doesn't speak English, don't waste your time to ask him how to solve the problem, because he doesn't know anything. The more he talks, only to prove how stupid he is. 3. They don't know anything about kitchen and bath, always hire helpers, then you will see different guys come in and out your home! 4. They left a big mess for me: all faucets leak, used different color silicone, messed up silicone with paint in the kitchen, faucets and the handles not straight, left grout on the tile surface, took my buckets without permission etc. 5. Promised 10 - year warranty, but ran away after they got money, won't answer my phone call, won't reply to my text and emails. 6. And they had under table deal with employees working in the kitchen and bath supplies store. Be careful when they ask reimbursement without invoice or receipt.
