  Dealt with these guys a ton of times without issues. Read some of these other reviews and I think these people are just dumb. After 10 years of dealing with them, I keep coming back time and time again.

  This place is a joke... i ordered coilovers for my car from them and received the wrong parts in the mail. This is typical of a place being run out of what looks like a pos house on the block. I emailed before and after spending the almost $1,000 for the set to verify it would be model correct, both times these dude's said "Yes it is"... apparently they still couldn't get it right. I'm still trying to email them to ask what happened but they are unresponsive. Go figure. Stay away from this place

  Some of the worst customer service i have ever experienced. I paid 180$ for shipping with assurance that it would arrive in 7 days. I missed both of my races and it finally shipped 2 weeks later. When contacted about a refund of the shipping i was told a manager would look into it and then dropped. I strongly advise looking somewhere else for your automotive needs. Everything about this company is extremely shady. STAY AWAY!

  I Purchased an ARK GRiP exhaust for my g37 through the online store. Joe was very helpful through the entire process (which included complications from my bank), he would get back to me very quickly and was very friendly, he did not act like some salesmen do -- when they only care about making the sale. He has the customer's satisfaction in mind and is a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend JM Auto Racing, and am definitely coming back to buy the rest of my mods for the summer.   JM Auto racing is an AMAZING business with fantastic customer service and fantastic prices. THey offer a wider range of aftermarket parts then I have sen anywhere and are completely honest and honor discounts and many more things! I would definitely buy from again and plan on doing so. Thanks for your awesome work!
