  If you are looking for a place that has slightly used, new or even the unusual this is a great place to shop. They have everything from furniture 2 things to decorate around the house to wall hangings anything you can imagine is there. I love this place and the prices are more than reasonable. I recommend you just spend a little bit of time walking around because there's definitely a lot to see.

  The lady who answers the phone is extremely rude. She is very short with her responses and has an attitude that should be checked. She sounds like she smokes 5 packs a day and tries to speak over you while you’re talking with her short, blunt sentences. I was inquiring about selling furniture here but would rather take it to another company who is friendly and willing to speak to you without an attitude. I’m surprised this place has good reviews. Can’t see how anyone would get passed the rude lady that answers the phone

  Went in to look for a box spring for a mattress. They showed me one that fit my needs. I didn’t think much of it. I got it home and saw that it was RIDDLED with bed bugs. Luckily I didn’t take it inside my house. They refunded my money but this is unexcusable. Any furniture outlet should be ashamed of their business if they are selling their customers furniture with bedbugs

  Not sure how their furniture prices are when you are a customer, but don't bother trying to sell your furniture to them. I have a HUGE and expensive bedroom set that I had someone come out to look at and they offered me $900. I got it looked at by another company who offered $3,000. I don't like how J&K says they give you "TOP DOLLAR" for your furniture, when they are just looking to rip you off. I literally got better offers from strangers on OfferUp and Craigslist. Funniest part is that the guy who came out to look at my furniture said it could sell in store for about $8,000. Really? And you have the nerve to offer me a lousy $900? My poor review is not over the fact that they didn't offer me more, but more so the fact that they claim to pay top dollar and more than anywhere else, when that is complete bs. I am a business owner and I do not promise anything that isn't true. Take your furniture to sell elsewhere.

  I've been shopping here for years and always find a treasure. Some of it is new, some of it is used. Staff is incredibly friendly and hands off. No high pressure sales, which I really appreciate.
