  Nino was my contractor during buying forclouser house he totally renovated my house and I left good review about his work couple a months ago . But I needed his help twice after we moved to the house once was in November 2017 and once was today 01/28/2018.nino sent his guy to take care of the issue right away . I m sure I did the right descion hiring him from the beginning .but for sure I would recommend him to every one.thank for you and for your guys.

  I used JJA as my general contractor for a 203k loan renovation. From the beginning I was happy with the communication I had with Nino(who owns the company). When he came out to give an estimate, he reviewed the work thoroughly, sent me a quote with itemized material and labor for each item in addition to a timeline of when he thought work was going to be done. The 203k program is bit tricky because the FHA appraiser, mortgage company, HUD consultant, general contractor, and myself all must be on the same page with all the repairs that should be done. In my case there was a lot of going back forth with the mortgage company, FHA appraiser, and HUD consultant which caused a lot of revisions for Nino on his end. He was always available to make any of the necessary paperwork changes. Once I closed on house, him and his team did the work very quickly. The whole job was done in a few days and I was happy with the work done. He even installed a bathroom faucet and piping for free! I highly recommend JJA for any type of general contracting work and specifically for anyone participating in the 203k program.

  Nino and JJA Property saved our home. The original contractor we had hired to do a second floor and attic addition destroyed the first level of our home and also started framing our house all wrong. He took on the project knowing that it would be a difficult but not impossible task to take on someone else’s horrible work. He was honest and always answered my questions and trust me we had a lot of questions throughout the process. Now my kids have a beautiful brand new home to grow up in. Thank you Nino!

  Great friendly service. Work was completed quickly and correctly. Couldn't be happier. Will be using him in the future for more projects around the house.

  We used JJA for a total renovation of our home and I have to say he did a great job and was always on schedule! He has gotta to be the most honest contractor i have ever dealt with. If you are looking for any work done on your home I highly recommend that you give Nino a call!
