  Most employees do not speak English and not very smart. We brought two bags and asked if we could have one ticket, when my wife came to pick up they did not know where the second bag went and they put 40lbs a clothes in one bag (when the bag they lost was a back pack)

  I would give them no stars if I could. We brought our own detergent and dryer sheets due to high allergies. Our clothes REEK of the severely fragrant detergent and softener they normally use (not any particular brand name and it's $1/lb) and they're not only refusing to acknowledge their mistake they're telling me I'm exaggerating and my clothes don't smell. They do smell. Really bad, but not only that, my entire body and my child's body is covered in hives due to the allergy. The laundry service is awful and the customer service is atrocious. Not only that but the reason it seems that everything went awry is that Wei did not understand what we were asking for, the girl who actually washes the clothes also does not have great English--our instructions were written out and explained (in person) in English. I'm fluent in Spanish and spoke directly to the girl washing our clothes and she laughed in my face multiple times, told me she didn't smell anything (she works with these chemicals all day) and said she didn't do anything wrong. The laughing in my face was where I drew the line. Horrible horrible experience.
