  Several years ago I had my Volvo worked on here, a head gasket dried out on my Volvo. The place used to be "Hans Auto" but Hans had already sold it to Jim. But it was still called "Hans Auto". Well, Jim is no Hans. I knew Hans and he was a master with the Volvo cars. Jim did a poor job on my cylinder head, and I learned from the machine shop that worked on the head the second time, that he took a short cut. Not even a year later it cracked. While putting the car back together, he put a hole in one of my hoses with his hose pliers, I barely got home with the car before finding it. When I had the repair done a year later, the one he did wrong, I learned that he stole some of my more expensive silicone accessory mounts, and put the much cheaper rubber ones on, and they were dried out. Disgusting.
