  By FAR the absolute worst service I have ever witnessed from any type of food delivery period. I ordered my family's food around 10:00, was told it would be here within an hour. We had ultimately given up on our food by 11:40 and went to bed. All the sudden, my entire family was woken up long after midnight telling us we had to wake up, go all the way downstairs to pay, then OF COURSE there credit machine didn't work so we were forced to pay cash. Even then, OF COURSE this guy *conveniently* had zero change, so we were forced to give him a large tip that when he deserved nothing at all. I am beyond infuriated. My family and are going back to sleep now and aren't even eating the food we paid $60 for. This company should be ashamed of themselves and I will be sure to spread the word about their horrendous service to paying customers. Never going back and will advise others not to go back as well.

  I have ordered from Jimmy’s twice. The first time, they could not understand my apartment number, or my phone number, and ultimately, their card reader wouldn’t work, so they had to “call me back” over 2 hours later to get my credit card number. I ate my pizza over 2 hours from order time. The second time I ordered, they did not do any better. They said our pizza would arrive in 1 hour, and surprise, it did not. After multiple calls to check on our order, they ultimately offered to deliver our cold ass pizza for a $6.00 discount. They said they called my phone 3x but I had it with me the entire time and never got a call. I refused to pay given that it had been an over 3 hour wait, and they cancelled the order. Never even tasted the pizza. Don’t order from this place, ever. There’s a Dominos and a Papa John’s really close by. Never have I ever had such terrible customer service. Attached is my call log, with no missed calls from Jimmys, In fact there are 2 outgoing calls to jimmys from me to figure where my order was.

  I wouldn't even give one star... they have the worst delivery service ever and are flat out liars. They said they called us 3 times and "we didn't answer"...despite the fact that we called to check on our order every three hours.... it was three hours later before we actually got someone on the phone and they still wanted to charge us for the pizzas... they were rude. Some of their excuses were: "We increased the wait time from one to two hours because traffic was bad." Spoken 3x every hour we called..... "Pizzas will stay warm in the car for 3 hrs." "Do you want the pizzas or not?" 3hrs past our original order time.

  Pizzae are served fresh to order Jimmy's sauce is the reason to come back for sure! We love that it is a close lunch spot to downtown and great party facilities. Jimmy also does a lot for community organizations.

  The pizza was sooo delicious. The pizza sauce tasted like fresh tomatoes. The crust was baked with a perfect crisp. It has been a long time since I tasted pizza so good.
