  Nice restaurant. One of the top places to eat a nice dinner if you are in DT Raleigh. I had the Grouper which was fantastic. Service is friendly. Prices are fair. Place is clean. Nice environment. Great for a date dinner or a business dinner. I'd recommend coming here.

  This was a terrible experience. I was with 5 other women at a conference. The food was all delivered at different times. I got mine after everyone else was finished (This was after another order came out incorrect and had to be sent back) never offered refills. The waitress disappeared often. We had to ask for check three times. My meal was given free because I did complain but I will Never go there again.

  Went for Easter brunch. When we showed up, we learned that they were doing a brunch buffet that was 30$ a person. This was not advertised on their website nor was it mentioned on the phone when I confirmed my reservation. Showed up for reservation at 11:30 and was told that their regular brunch menu ends at 11 and the brunch buffet didn’t start until noon, so we had to order lunch food. Ordered the crab dip (would not recommend) it was a cheap seafood salad with fake krab. Was not cooked, just appeared to be baked with a burnt crust on top but bottom was cold. Meatball sub was clearly made on a cheap store bought sub roll and appears to be warmed in a microwave judging by the general mushy-ness of the roll and contents. Fries reminded me of McDonald’s fries that were made 30 minutes prior to serving. Server repeatedly picked on my wife to an inappropriate level. I like a little personality in a server but this guy took it to an unprofessional level. Overall was one of the worst experiences I have had in a while at a restaurant

  This place was fine the oysters were really small and the cocktail selection left more to be desired. The building and location is impressive I just wish The food matched. The best deal and best tasting dish is the pizza.

  My best friend and I ate here for dinner last night. We sat at the bar where there were plenty open spots available. That tells you just how busy they were because the bar is small. And yes I do realize the bartenders make and run drinks for the entire restaurant. I was completely embarrassed that I took a guest from out of town here. There were two bartenders. The male never once made eye contact or acknowledged anyone was there. We had to ask for drinks from the female. Ask to have our order taken. Ask for another round of basic crown and cokes. Ask for the tab. Both bartenders looked angry and were rude. Not inviting or welcoming at all and definitely not in the spirit of all things Jimmy V. The food was good but the experience was so disappointing. I promised my friend that all places downtown were not like this trying to redeem our city.
