  Usually they are good, but horrible service and order completely messed up. Wanted no mayonnaise, got mayonnaise, wanted wheat got white. The supposed manager named "memory" or something, horrible customer SERVICE. Wanted me to wait while i have to go to work to give the old sandwiches back while i wait for the new ones. Ridiculous. Cancel the order and probably won't order again for sure. Was a weekly order, now they just lost a customer. Congrats.

  This location has continued to decline. Poor service. Very inaccurate in preparing a delivery order correctly. This occurs multiple times a month. Start from scratch with the staffing.

  I posted this original comment 3 years ago with 2 stars and this chain still refuses to provide its customers with napkins. *Original Post: We have had an ongoing problem with this store not following our order directions. On this particular order, I had ordered a sandwich with Extra Sprouts. When the sandwich arrived, there was far fewer than normal and defiantly not extra. Also, they never provide napkins (this order contained no napkins) and if they do, we only get maybe 1 when we typically order 2 sandwiches (especially frustrating when your sandwich is covered in Mustard from poor assembly as was the case this time). We don't usually complain, but my partner did call this time. After waiting for 5m for the manager, the manager hung up on him after he explained our problem. He then called back and was told he needed to call back later.

  I have been a loyal customer of jimmy Johns for many years and I have never been so disrespected and treated so poorly by the manager of this location. Her name is Desiree. After putting my order in online, the delivery man arrived with my lunch and said I owed him money. i told him i ordered the sandwich online and showed him my receipt. This poor man was very confused, as well as myself, so of course he calls his manager. Well, with his phone volume being turned all the way up I could hear every word she was saying on the other end. She was rude and after I offered to re order the sandwich just so that I could get my lunch and continue with my work day. The rude manager said that was not going to happen, told her delivery man to take back my lunch and go back to the store. Why this all happened I do not know. My office orders from Jimmy Johns all the time. however i am sad to say that thanks to Desiree this will not be happening again.

  Great jimmy john’s restaurant. The store is big enough to cover everyone. Menu is simple and reasonable. Food tastes great.
