  Food was okay and quickly prepared. Unfortunately I interacted with Izaiha for my first and last dining experience here. There are far too many dining options in the vicinity to deal with someone with poor customer service, who behaves unwelcomely and dismissively as though a customer is unworthy of their (on-the-clock) time. Izaiha lacked performance for both orders placed today. Additionally, having no bathroom is poor planning on behalf of the owner.

  This location is true to the "freaky fast" motto and the staff is very friendly

  Good food as always, but they're in violation of city codes by not allowing paying customers to use the restroom. Not only is it against the law... it's poor customer service.

  A little expensive, but so is everything in Chicago. Christopher is one of the nicest cashiers I've ever talked to, he listened and cared about my school work
