::This store is one of the best stores I've been in. They are clean, the food is fresh "like it should be", and the atmosphere is groovy! The store by my house on Arizona Ave. and Warner is ruff; the quality at that store has declined. I gave it 4 starts, only because I believe there is always room for improvement.

::This Jimmy John's is fast, clean, and professional. This is my go to store for a great sandwich.

::Never had a bad sub from here. But this evening, thinking someone needs to lighten up on th salt! Absolutely horrible. If I could have rinsed it off without ruining the fabulous bread I would have. Service always great, but tonight NOT!

::Better than average sandwiches, extremely clean and friendly staff... almost too many people working there? However, a completely worthless place to bring children. There is nothing on the menu for children and it would cost as much as an adult to Ala carte something for a 6 year old? They say you can order a slim sandwich, but won't let you add anything, not even a condiment? "It's the rules!"

::Friendly service and great sandwiches. I'm not sure what might have happened to the other reviewers but I've both ordered for delivery many times, gone through the drive through and sat and ate in and it's always been a pleasant experience. I have had people not read the delivery instructions and end up going to the wrong door plenty of times in the past but unfortunately it seems a lot of delivery drivers miss that these days. There are a few at this Jimmy John's that have always arrived at the right door and though it's a small thing it still makes a difference. I've not been made to feel unwelcome at this restaurant and I do look kind of "out there" so it's nice to be treated like a regular human being. I do feel bad about the lady who feels her special needs children were discriminated against but I can only imagine that if someone is bothering other customers there's only so far you can reasonably let it slide. I would expect the parent to handle the situation in a more respectful manner before being told to leave. But *shrugs* what do I know?
