  The driver politely explained to me that my address doesn't exist and I believe him since he delivers Jimmy John's.

  The Jimmy John's slogan definitely doesn't apply to this place. I had to wait over an hour just for one sandwich to be delivered to me. The delivery location was a meager 5 minutes away from the store. The delivery person seemed nice at least, but the sandwich itself looked slopped together. Overall very disappointed in this store. There are plenty of other Jimmy John stores around Indianapolis that take pride in their product and customer service. I would implore this store to revise their staff, and take some time to review what it means to be a consumer based business.
