  Working there was a blast. I enjoyed every mile I put on my car delivering for that company. Humanity wasn't ready for such a wonderful sandwich shop. Jimmy mustard is life!

  Charge to much to not make sandwiches correctly.. Beach club no avacodo spread asked to add bacon no bacon. Asked for little extra mayo & add mustard overloaded with mayo & no mustard lettuce so soggy. Reading reviews seems like they don't care about providing good customer service.

  This was my first time really getting Jimmy Johns. I was very disappointed with the sandwich. The bread was hard as a rock, and obviously not fresh. The ham was nasty, and the sandwich was way overpriced. I took the sandwich back, after taking one bite and nearly breaking a tooth.. not exaggerating. The manager told me to bring it back, because they were busy, and they pretty much ran out of fresh bread and was using older bread. When I arrived back, the employee had an attitude and told me it would be at least 7-10 business days before I saw a refund. I then said never mind, and drove off and called the manager once again. The reason I’m giving them 2 stars, is because the manager agreed the sandwich was unacceptable, and apologized for the employees actions. He offered an immediate credit on my card. Probably won’t be coming back.

  I ordered delivery with extra cheese and sandwich came with no cheese. I call and manager reacted as if I was being dishonest. She requested that I make sure to send the incorrect sub back!! Why is she defensive about $2 worth of cheese missing? First and last time eating Jimmy John's due to rude manager.
