  Decent quality. Timing, however is a huge issue. I have ordered from here for 4 years/50x and average wait times can be up to 45 minutes to an hour. About 10 or so times there’s been an issue where the driver gets lost as well or it’s taken far longer than the stated 45 minutes. Defeats the purpose of Jimmy Johns, frankly.

  Staff is nice and the store is clean. I’ve come in various times to give them another chance but they mess up each time. I always get the exact same thing whether I’m on or off campus. My order never tastes right at this location. I’ve lost count on how many chances I’ve given. I’m at my limit. I’m never coming back.

  I got my order like 10 minutes ago and they forgot my chips. If y’all are reading this you can deliver a bag of BBQ chips to my apartment asap plz. Thank you!

  I ordered at 6:04 food arrived at 6:40. Faster than most places. The delivery driver followed instructions perfectly. Only thing is I like ALOT of dressing so I ordered extra but it’s still not enough. Next time I know to put emphasis on extra!

  ZERO STARS! I ordered 2 separate orders within 5 minutes of each other and the SECOND ORDER got here FIRST after waiting an HOUR. When I called, the manager said the delivery person had 3 orders.... 1. Why separate the 2 orders I made if they're were ordered within 5 minutes of each other AND going to the SAME place. 2. It does not take an HOUR to make 3 deliveries. Y'all need to do A LOT better.
