  Received Our sandwiches an hour late (the delivery driver apologized as she was the only driver, that’s fine). Opened our sandwiches and couldn’t tell if they were even what we ordered. They barely had any toppings on them, and looked wrong. So disappointed I called them up, the “manager” picks up and fights with me about the order. I expressed my disappointment and she hangs up on me. This place is local, but is going downhill fast. Each subsequent order gets worse and worse. No more JJ

  I ordered the #2 Big John; first off I've eaten at a Jimmy John's on the regular. This is my first time ordering from this particular Jimmy John's.. My delivery was fast but I'm highly disappointed in the quality. This sandwich is totally different from the picture advertise. They are very stingy with the ingredients. I customized my sandwich and also paid for extra. My sandwich was dry and they literally have me 3 cucumbers, 1 1/2 slice of bacon, 4 pieces of extra small onion, 4 hot peppers, and my sandwich was not sliced in half. To top it off my drink had black stuff floating at the top. I'm highly disappointed! Jimmy John's you just lost a loyal customer! Fast delivery, less ingredients!

  The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I placed a order before my lunch break and had to wait 2 hours because the first sandwich was incorrect after I repeated it several... When I called back the manager had a attitude, I told her I threw the sandwich in the trash and she told me to go in the trash and get it and give it to the delivery person when he brings me the corrected sandwich!!!! I was told I would get a refund and the NEW MANAGER stated I couldn't.... I will most definitely be writing corporate pertaining to this matter!!!!

  I walked in and waited at the register for at least 30 seconds until Leroy diverted his eyes from his cell phone long enough to even notice me. He then felt like it was appropriate to blame his "group message" as an excuse as to why he wasn't able to notice my presence in the shop. I was the only customer and he was the only visible employee at the time. After I placed my order he explained to me that "he will be out shortly to make your sandwich." After a few minutes another employee presented himself and proceeded to assemble my sandwhich all the while Leroy still found it was appropriate to resume his original state with his face in his phone. Way to live up to your "Freaky Fast" moto!! Sincerely, A disappointed customer
