  Wish I could give them 0 stars and a solid punch to the face. Spent 6 hours in the emergency room last night with my wife finally was getting admitted and told we could order some food. Submitted our order online starving and exhausted. Few minutes later I get a call and the guy yells at me saying we don’t have the capacity to make the sandwich you won’t be getting your food and then hung up. Worst service ever at the worst time ever

  I came here the other day and waited about an hour for a sandwich. I think they were a lot busier than they looked. Another reviewer said they were not busy- that is NOT true, the lobby was packed and from the amount of receipts printing out they were getting a horrendous amount of mobile orderers or delivery orders. That being said, I felt like waiting an hour was really unreasonable- I felt bad for them because they were clearly understaffed, but I felt like they were prioritizing delivery orders over lobby orders, as there were often long periods during which no one in the lobby got there order. I work in the service industry, I understand what it’s like to be understaffed and busy. I really do and it sucks. But they honestly didn’t seem to be trying to get through the amount of orders they had in a timely fashion. Sometimes no one would be making sandwiches. I think something was going wrong that day but it definitely put me off of this location

  Update: we've been here 50 minutes, we still have no food, and they didn't say a word to explain why we waited or to apologize. Honestly some of the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I've worked fast food and I try to be understanding, but this is completely unacceptable. The person who served me mumbled so I couldn't even tell what he was saying. The other employees were ridiculously slow. I would be fired at my job for moving that slowly. I don't think they've ever heard the words "freaky fast." Another customer said she had been waiting 40 minutes, and the restaurant was not busy. Don't bother coming here.

  Love you Jimmy John's!!! A couple items were missing from my order. They fixed it quick!! Even had a cute apology on my bag and a couple extras.

  As a student, I like to go here for a quick meal, usually later at night. The preparation time for the sandwich is usually less than a minute but the value for the money could be better. This being said, the sandwiches on white bread taste great with chips, and the atmosphere of the place is decent.
