  Three seperate times I went in and every time they gave me and charged me for a more expensive sandwich than the one I wanted. Thank god I checked or I would have gone to the hospital after an allergic reaction.

  The manager at the register,was rude and condesending. But, the young man that made my sandwich was polite. The sandwich couldn't have tasted better. Fresh bread.

  We have had multiple experiences where they took over an hour to deliver 3 cold cut sandwiches. These events did not occur on the same days of week nor the same time frame, so it is a management issue, not shift work. Also, when complaints were given they simply threatened to cancel orders instead of owning their faults or offering a consolation. This is the WORST Jimmy John's location I've ever encountered in over 8 years of being a customer.

  We came late, most places off bad service when you come late, but we were pleasantly surprised by this place. One guy running the store, his name was Christian. He WAS freaky fast making our subs and just great to everyone that walked thru the doors. (raise needed) Overall-Great customer service. Subs are fresh and tasty and a good price too. I don't know why subway is still around. Seriously. Jimmy John's is much better. Will eat again. Thanks.
