  Late delivery...late delivery. Order left the store 816 and im a mile away...not even rush hour 845 pm i couldve driven myself to Byerlys rivht next door and picked up a sandwich

  This store has messed up my delivery order MULTIPLE times. I don’t even know why I kept ordering from them after the second time. Along with messing up my order, every time I ordered for delivery it took them 40 minutes to an hour to arrive. Not so “freaky fast”. Please take my advice and take your buisness to a different Jimmy Johns location. Very dissapointed.

  I ordered a # 10 for delivery. Got the wrong order and then I had to drive there to get my refund and now their saying i cant get my money back 🤔

  Our office is 6mins away, but delivery consistently takes 25-30min. Other JJ's delivery times are no more than 15min. Quality of food is very good.

  I have tried time and time again to call and order from this location. it has proven impossible for them to ever get my order right, or hear me. they usually ask me to repeat things multiple times even though i make sure to speak clearly. this will be the last time i order. i asked for a #4 with double tomatoes (because i love tomatoes!) and i received a sad sandwich with absolutely NO tomatoes. one other recent time i ordered thinny chips only to receive BBQ. luckily the driver was still at my office and he offered to drive back and get the right chips. i gave up today though, and will look for my lunch somewhere else that can get my order right.
