  I previously worked at a Jimmy Johns in another city where customer service was suuuuper important & we were always friendly. I have never written a negative review in my life and honestly hate doing it because I’m not that kind of person, but felt it was necessary for the franchise owner to hopefully see this. I didn’t even go into this location, but called to see if they were hiring and I asked to speak to a manager about a position. As soon as whomever the manager is answered, he didn’t introduce himself and said a quick “hello”. I asked about a position and his response was an even quicker and extremely rude “no we aren’t hiring and I don’t understand why you would call during a lunch hour. It’s busy and I don’t have time to talk to you, so no we aren’t hiring” and hung up on me..... Those were his exact words with no exaggeration. I understand multi tasking during a busy hour isn’t ideal, but that is YOUR JOB, especially as a manager. I was blown away because where I previously worked, the phone was alwayyyyssss ringing, especially during lunch & we answered every single call in a professional manner. I immediately felt bad for this person because if they can barely manage answering phones and making sandwiches without being so utterly disrespectful, who knows how they’ll do anything else.

  Consistently serve rock hard bread & the drivers of this location speed and drive reckless (Seen them leave the plaza multiple times).

  Super friendly, but my sandwiches tasted salty and weird. I called with my concern and the guy said they didn't even have salt in the store. I said okay. This was like a hamburger shop saying we promise there's no ketchup in our store. My mouth is puckered like that bitter bear face guy. After he told me that the store had no salt!! I realized I wasn't going to get far. They didn't even number or label the sandwiches like other Jimmy Johns do. Oh and napkins would be great too, at least one per order. Thanks Jimmy Johns for a super freaking fast bad experience!

  Further than 1.5 miles? Sorry no delivery, but we'll charge you, but not let you know... Then when you call we'll at least give you the option to pick it up. Freaky fast letdown.

  Great food. Great price. Great service. My wife and I love Jimmy Johns - and this location has never let us down. The staff are friendly and (freaky) fast. I highly recommend this location. The parking lot is a bit busy, but not too bad.
