  Hi 👋 yesterday evening 🌆😉 I was on my way home 🏠 , when I stopped by Jimmy Johns Sandwich Shop on 14th Farnam Street. I went in and ordered the number 9 , called the " Italian Night " Natalia was one of many employees who took my order. She's a wonderful employee. I ate inside the restaurant, and I enjoyed my meal 😋. I will return to have another different sandwich 🥪👍.

  Despite seeing some mixed reviews, I ate here and experienced a perfect 10/10 experience on all levels- food, service, atmosphere, cleanliness. Great! Jimmy John’s is always fantastic.

  Walked in at night and there was no one at the counter waited for about 5 minutes before I left. Easily could have made my own sandwich ate and left without anyone noticing.

  Teal is the most accommodating employee I've seen at a Jimmy John's. My wife is on crutches and its hard to get around for a whike. Teal went above and beyond to help us with what we needed.

  My grandsons and I went to jimmy johns downtown Omaha today for lunch and it was so refreshing to have such wonderful customer service. So very friendly. Greeted us when we came in and thanked us and told us to have a good day when we were leaving. It did not go unnoticed even by my 13 and 10 year old noticed it.. this excellent customer service is sadly rare these days Thank you! P.s. The food of course was delicious as usual!!
