  Always quick and great sandwiches! I usually get an unwich and they're always so yummy, I get the Turkey and add all the veggies!

  An overall good sandwich spot. Their delivery service downtown is fast. Jimmy John's is always clean. Good meat and topping selections. Their online ordering is great.

  For a place that advertises its fast delivery they're incredibly slow. And it's not just once. It's happened multiple times, the most recent taking an hour and half. After calling the store and getting hung up on once, I was told that I'd get a refund. Never happened. Complained to the corporate office. Nothing happened. They just flat out don't care.

  Online group order of two people placed at 10:45am didn't receive food until 12:30pm. Store supervisor and Corporate didn't really care that it was an issue on their behalf, their answer was "Sorry there's nothing we can do" and in short words advised I don't use their online order again. I will not be supporting this business again. Good customer service is a big must and this place doesn't seem to care about their customers.
