  I like a chain restaurant where every location you go it's the same quality, Jimboy's has that. French fries that are different from anyone else in town and a taco that is better than a place that has a bell on the roof

  Be careful who you hire! Because some lady charged me for guacamole when I never asked for it and I immediately demanded a refund for the food I didn’t order nor received, she gave me a nasty attitude, lied and said it would go back to my card, guess what? I never got that money back! I ordered ONE BEAN TACO and she added some guacamole with it. I checked the receipt and noticed, went back inside and her nasty attitude oh my, she lied about it going back to my card. Be careful who you hire because I will never forget this. And I tell all my friend not to eat Jimboys, the customer service is the worst in California.

  I’m thinking there is new ownership. I asked cashier a question and he seemed annoyed. No one else in the restaurant and they did not bring our order to us. We had to pick it up at the counter which isn’t a big deal, just strange. They had music playing in the restaurant area and different music playing in the kitchen. Kitchen music was louder than music in restaurant area and it was awful. I’m not sure we will be back. We really like to support business in our area, but I’m not sure what is happening here. Tacos were good and fresh that is why the 3 star.

  I hope the store goes out of business. This location does not honor the prices on their website for this location. The 6-pack of tacos are listed at $16.50, in store menu board $17.45. Not a big difference, but it’s still not accurate. And just now after calling to inquire about their six pack of tacos and driving all the way down here I am informed that they are out of ground beef. Seriously, if your taco place, how do you run out of ground beef? And why wouldn’t you tell somebody who called of that very fact.? the store is nothing but problems and should probably be closed.

  I went to this specific store because it stated it had a drive thru, this is not correct. I needed it because my battery was bad and I can’t turn the car off. So they lost a star for that. Second loss is because the cashier was late and they shop didn’t open on time and I waited 10 minutes for the doors to be unlocked. On a positive note the young man was apologetic for his coworker and hustled to get my order ready and was sweet to bring it to my car when it was completed!! The food did NOT disappoint!! Jimboys delish!!!
