::After decades of hearing their mantra, "You'll love the way we treat you," I've owned a Volvo 1 year, been in for both maintenance and service a few times on a 2010 and it's really true. They take really good care of me. They're hourly rate is lower than Herzog-Meier and they cover the first hour of diagnostic work whereas HM doesn't. They also follow up with me a few days later after each visit just to check in. I highly recommend them

::Great experience, easy in and out to the service department. Staff was very helpful and informed. Make reservations on line for your appointment times. So tempting when looking at the latest models. My car was washed when I picked it up! Five star service for sure.

::We went here and purchased a new Volvo XC90 after we tried to go to Herzogg Meier first. The salespeople at Herzogg wouldn't give us the time of day. They wouldn't even take us on a test drive. We showed up with our three kids, but they are all above the age of 10 and were behaving well. So not sure what the story is there. It was the complete opposite at Jim Fisher. Michael our salesperson was quick to ask us if we had any questions without being pushy in the least. He allowed the vehicle to sell itself. We left about an two hours after arriving with our new vehicle and couldn't be happier.

::My review is for the online booking. I had a confirmed appointment, for the proper type of service as well as for a rental car. I showed up at the appointed time to learn that the wrong service had been requested and no loaner car available. I was told the online booking system does not in fact work with the Jim Fisher system, which is why my confirmed loaner didn’t happen. It is only once in a blue moon that I have time during the week to get to an appointment, and i have been told I can’t come in in a Saturday for any diagnostic work. I was offered a loaner down the street, but I would have to get a ride to and from Volvo and it would need to be returned in the evening regardless of whether my car was actually ready. I know this wasn’t my service person’s fault, but I’ve waited for months to have the time to bring my car in, and to be told that I’ll just need to reschedule is beyond frustrating. I can’t be the first person to have had this experience with the online booking, so I do hold Jim Fisher as a business accountable for not taking the time to have a human double check directly to make sure that everything was in order for the appointment. They should have been tipped off when a 10 year old Volvo was showing up in their system for a 15,000 service!?!

::Want to thank all the staff at Jim Fisher Volvo, Especially Nick for his great customer service. Every time I take my volvoXC90 in for service or upgrade he is always super helpful and patient with us. Nick is great at understanding and he clearly explains the detail of Volvo technology. It took us a few weeks to get use to the high end technology but Nick was always there to answers any questions we had. Took our car in for oil change last week, we were in and out of there in no time, we even had our car washed. Nick makes sure we always leave with all questions answered. Big thanks to him for always making sure we are happy and for always following up with us.. If you ever need to take your Volvo in for service I would recommend you to go see Nick.
