  Do not get your Taxes Done at this place. Scam can not get in touch with someone about my refund. They do not ever answer the phone. Frauds!!

  They are a complete scan. A friend of mine referred me to a lady named shantelle. She did my taxes over text messages and emails. She told me my amount which wasn't the same as my actual amount. She threw me off and ddint think I was going to figure out what she was doing. The money was suppose to be put on my bank card but found out it was on some prepaid card. I told the company how dare they do this to people. They steal people's refunds and use all their money. Never ever come here.

  Unethical. Shady. Privacy breached. Stay away! Absolutely fraud on every level. I dealt with a representative by the name of Misti Blackwell right towards the beginning of Feb. 2018. I originally was referred to her and Jiffy Tax by a coworker and initially had no reason to mistrust anything. The entire interaction took place over text messages. I literally had my entire tax return processed by texting this lady, whom I never met. I was assured that this was normal. I went over my deductions I planned to use, which were normal mileage and cell phone bill. Misti said she had some "recommendations" which included writing off over $27,000 in deductions. $27,000! But hey! She's the expert, why wouldn't I trust her? I literally told her I don't have a tax ID, I don't keep receipts, so how did she come up to this figure? Misti tried to comfort me but I wanted clarity, so I decided to speak with a supervisor within the company. The supervisor himself said that the IRS is well aware of the type of writeoffs Jiffy Tax does for it's customers. He told me that what they're doing is the "Donald Trump" method. He said his mom had been doing this for 20 plus years and it has never been a problem. I was concerned about being audited and he reassured me over and over that it wasn't a big deal. The entire thing from start to finish has been unethical, sketchy, and downright infuriating that I can only get answers from the supervisor and no one else. Literally no one else in this entire company has been able to address any of my questions, just this one guy. When I would reach out to Misti, she was either working her other job with a snow cone store or ignoring my messages and phone calls. By the way, the fees this company charged on my $9506 tax refund totaled over $1200. Disregarding the fact that Misti and Jiffy Tax failed on every ethical guideline, they also failed to mention exactly what their bill was until AFTER I requested it. Seriously, these people are committing fraud and people who use them are getting scammed. IMMEDIATELY after using their services, I started getting spammed by quotes from different companies I've never applied for on my email. I'm not some tech illiterate moron, I know how email subscriptions work and I only provide my personal email to very select few people and I absolutely had my information sold to at least a dozen 3rd parties. I never consented to this nor would I have ever. What they're doing is illegal. I 100% believe my identity, and all privacy has been breached now because of this. There really is no possible way to describe how violated I feel.
