  Mike at this Jiffy Lube location is the best! A LOT of work needed to be done on my car, but the service was fast and at the right price. They explained so I knew exactly what I was paying for, and made recommendations as to what tires would be the best deal for my car as if he owned the car himself. I am very satisfied with the great work at this Jiffy Lube location because Mike really looks out for the customer, won't rip you off, and he knows what he's doing. I will be returning again for inspection, oil change, tire rotation, alignment, and other services in the future.

  I went in to have an oil change and tire rotation done before a big trip that included me hauling a trailer. They did the oil change and rotation, inspected the breaks, AND called me by 10 for me to contact my mechanic they noticed that my transmission lines were rotten and needed replaced. Mike and his crew are great!!! Walmart wouldn't have noticed this.

  I went last week for an oil change. Very friendly and quick service. The tech showed me my air filter and said it needed to be changed and it did. They didn't have that size in stock so I told them next time. Then, I was told that my rear rotors and brake pads needed to be changed. They do. I didn't have time that day last week to stay and have it done and told the tech I would be back. I called this location yesterday to confirm that the brake/rotor special was still in effect. It was. I went today around 10am. Jiffy Lube does NOT accept appointments. Ok, there's a shopping center nearby, I'll go grab a bite to eat and mosey. Leave my car and give them my name and number and say call me when you're done or if something changes. I go off to eat an early lunch, go shopping around and realize that 3 hours have passed and no call. They must be almost done I think to myself. I walk back to the shop and see my car sitting out back and figure they haven't even started, which kind of makes me sore, but I'm not one to go off about stuff, generally. I sit down in the waiting area and after a few minutes the tech walks in and says, "oh, I got backed up working on the Audi and there is no way I am getting to your car today." I don't have any issue with dealing with a troublesome car ahead of me, but the fact that you let me go on for 3 hours thinking things were in process is weird.
