  The gentleman taking care of changing out my headlight, Charlie, was very kind and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right and in a timely fashion.

  They don't have enough staff to do any service in a timely manner. And consistently make the wrong decisions trying to remedy the situation guaranteed 30 minute wait

  Ryan is such a great employee! He truly went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and to even show me what was going on with my car. He is one of those people who truly cares about people and really takes pride his quality of work. Great experience! I will definitely return.

  Went to get an inspection and the technician right away stated my car was going to fail inspection okay. Please tell me what will need to be fixed in order to pass. He never gave me the form of information of the listed items that need to be fixed for my vehicle. Instead he told me what he could do on the side for over 500.00 plus dollars. I knew I would need to have my back brakes eventually. He claimed all my brakes will need to be restored which I knew was false. I have the original paper where he claim he would do this work on the side. I am going back to this Jiffy Lube with my husband and see if there would be a difference. He was trying to get over on my kindness because I am a friendly woman, not cool but now I have to change my ways just to get respect.
