  I bought a coupon for oil change for my Camry 16 from Groupon & give them visit. After they got done changing the oil & Tyre rotation work (excluded vacuuming) , they charged me additional $48.00 If they were professional enough & know how to do business right with regular customers, they supposed to let me know prior to things done. Unfortunately they're not at all! I won't be back at all expenses & highly recommend to stay away from this punk scammers !!!

  Check what they mark as done, because they didn't do 2 or more things, if you can't trust the mechanics, why even call yourself mechanics.

  Just needed air in one tire that was low and asked how long the wait would be and one of the mechanics told me to just pull around back. After waiting 30 min someone else tells me they can’t do it cause they have one pump thanks for wasting my time

  Absolutely horrible service. I was told the oil change would take 15 mins, spent over an hour here. The Mechanics are terrible here, and they will try to tell you a million different reasons to spend more with them but they arent experienced enough to do a simple oil change. I will not be using Jiffylube again, Suggest you do the same.

  They were quick and nice. You can tell they're trying to please, which is great! I'll be back for sure.
