  Very unprofessional company. When we had an accident in another town, first they couldn't find my BF's name in their system, I didn't see you had problems billing us, and you can't find us in the system when we need you for what we paid? After they finally did, they said we didn't have tow service so we had to pay ourselves to go to a local fixing company while we could've had it back in Nassau. They finally find correct info in the next day, next day, you kidding me?! When we tried to get a rental car, they sent over previous year's card to the rental place and we couldn't pick up the car. This is so unacceptable. They wasted so much our time and money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. If you are a custom of this company, I would suggest you switch right away.
