  Terminal molto datato, usato per voli interni. Sarebbe ora di ammodernato, non è all'altezza di altre aree del Jfk, uno dei più famosi e frequentati aeroporti del mondo. In realtà, nonostante gli spazi insufficienti, comunque poi i servizi in generale funzionano, ma a volte si rischiano code terribili al controllo sicurezza, decisamente insufficiente per il carico di passeggeri che deve smaltire. Buona la scelta food & drink. I gate hanno tutti il finger quindi gli imbarchi avvengono velocemente. Però non esiste quasi posto per sedersi, solo pochissimo sit per ogni gate, e la moquette è sporca. In generale qui la pulizia è insufficiente, probabilmente anche difficile da ottenere a causa del sovraffollamento.

  It's possible Terminal 2 was previously used for cargo loading. Try to find a happy employee here doing anything. You won't because it seems to be JFK's version of hell. TSA needs a makeover. Restaurants dysfunctional. Got the wrong thing at an empty Wendy's. Why Wendy's? It looked like the safe choice.

  Tsa is horrible here. Normally they're rude but here they're extra rude. They think they're better then everybody and act like they can do and day whatever because they work for the government and can't get fired. TSA you suck!

  Pieni terminaali, eikä kauppoja tai ravintoloita ole kovin montaa. Istumapaikkoja myös melko vähän. Jos terminaalille tulee tai lähtee junalla, joutuu kävellä melko pitkän matkan ulkona, huonohkoa tietä pitkin ja joutuu myös ylittämään mm. autotien. Muuten ihan siisti ja viihtyisä terminaali ja tarkastukset yms. hoituvat sujuvasti.

  This is the WORST terminal at JFK! Filled with bott of the barel employees, awful Delta customer service reps and gross people in general because of the "international flair". Give me Jetblue T5 any day over this disgusting and filthy terminal
