  Julie and Emmanuel were great working with me to resize my engagement ring. They were one of the few local jewelers that could work on my palladium ring and they explained all the risks and what to expect with my particular ring and its settings. The cost was reasonable compared to other quotes I got and definitely worth their great craftsmanship. Initially I decided on resizing the ring a bit too small, but they were gracious enough to take it back and open it up to just the right size for me at a reduced price--even though it was no fault of their own. Great customer service and local small business.

  It was my partner's 42nd Birthday and she wanted something special, we've known Julie for a few years so the idea came up for a high-end dog-tag with some Hebrew inscriptions, we visited and Julie sat down with my partner until they honed in the idea, decided on the material and on a chain, the process from idea to a physical creation was very cool. The gift was qualified as "the best gift I have ever received", needless to say, we were very happy.
