::I used to love Jet’s! BUT! I’m done calling and being harassed over my order! The guy was extremely rude and argumentative over MY order and I’ve ordered the same exact order for as long as this Wixom place has been open, all he could say over and over anything else? Ok so half order omg insanity! I don’t understand how he has a job there as long as he’s worked there! I will be filing a complaint with corporate. I’ll be going to another pizza place from here on out as well as my family, they have lost our business. I’m a business owner too, no way do you treat paying customers like dirt or idiots. Unbelievable Jet’s! If I could rate a negative I would!

::Called to order for delivery and the guy that took the order was extremely pushy, saying 'anything else', 'anything else' like a broken record and wouldn't shut up long enough to listen to what I was ordering. He didn't ask what kind of crust we wanted, etc... Just maintained his pushy demeanor the whole time. Lucky for them I didn't just say Fu*k it and cancel the order. Won't order from them again though.

::This place accepted an online order. Took our money and stated via e-mail the wait time was 35 minutes. An hour later we called and were told: "soon." Thirty minutes later we called again and were told they don't deliver to our apartment complex after dark, and when asked why the night manager rudely spoke over my girlfriend repeatedly. I asked for the phone and was told (cutting me off repeatedly) that they aren't messing with me, and that I shouldn't worry about it, and that they were not. I reiterated that I WAS worried about it because they wasted 1 1/2 hours without telling me the order was cancelled. The money is supposedly going to be refunded. The word "sorry" didn't come out once, but was offered to pickup the order if we wanted to wait 20-30 minutes. Wow.

::Pizza is good, service not so much. I order frequently and pick up when convenient but with two small kids at home, not always convenient. Delivery can frequently take 60-90 minutes, even though web shows 45 or 60 minute delivery window. When calling, they just give me attitude. The delivery people are usually decently kind, but in store workers so far hasn't been a pleasant experience.
