  This guy is a liar. He said he wouldn't charge just to take a look at our water heater. He came and didn't fix anything and wanted $50.00 in few hours the water heater stopped working so the next day I called someone else. They replaced thermocouple and water heater is working fine now.

  Sean has taken care of my plumbing needs for many years. He also happens to be a neighbor and an all around nice guy. He is honest and skilled...after having several bad experiences with several different plumbers I was delighted to find him living a block away. 5 Stars!

  I have known Sean for 5 years, and I recommend him to all my friends. Sean is a great plumber, so I suggest to at least get get a bid from Sean
