  Don't expect your online order that's been paid for to be ready. My husband went to front of the line to pick up to be told they didn't know there was an online order and still made 6 orders in front of ours regardless of it being their screw up. Definitely won't be back to this one!!

  Excellent sandwiches. The meat and cheese is sliced special for each sandwich as it is ordered and the bread and other ingredients/vegetables are very fresh. The employees are friendly and polite and the dining area is neat and clean.

  We have been to this location several times. I'm not sure if we go at a bad time but something always goes wrong. The first time we waited for our order for over 30 minutes. The last time we went they were out of bread so they couldn't fulfill our online order, yet no one bothered to contact us to let us know not to drive up there to pick up the order. We love Jersey Mike's but unfortunately this location is a huge miss for us. I suppose we may just have to stick to the Hurst location.

  Good sandwich choices and taste. What Jimmy John's is not. Son liked it too. He is a picky eater
