  I'll start by saying I love Jersey Mike's, but this is by far the worst location I have ever been to. The last time I went to pick up some sandwiches for a work function the store was inexplicably closed, because they were "understaffed". Find a different location to go to. Jimmy John's is right across the street.

  Good Service. AMAZING Sandwiches. The Best Sub chain...I still don't know why people eat Jimmy Johns when this is across the street. LOVE Jersey Mike's Club - mikes way! If you haven't tried it...you need to!

  Horrible service every time I go. I don’t think they’ve ever said hello when I walk in or say thanks when I leave. Today the guy stopped making my sub to scrape off the flat top grill and show the other guy how to do it. I like there subs and would go more if their staff was polite and didn’t make me feel like an inconvenience.

  Machine was down, after waiting five minutes to even be greeted with No one in front of me they told me I would not be able to redeem my birthday coupon. I drove from Glendale to use this offer before it expired and wasted Gas for nothing. Bad service.

  The food is outstandingly delicious, but their online ordering system needs A LOT of improvement. I waited 1 hr. and 45 minutes for a eat streets order; (which the restaurant confirmed they received) when I called Jersey Mikes they told me they never received my order, and I should contact eat street to sort it out. Eat street confirmed to me that the restaurant had received, completed and called for a driver to deliver my order. Also, as a side note its 1.7 miles from there to here. Thats far too long to wait for two hoagie. In total I've waited 2 1/2 hours and I still don't have my food......
