::Well the s#$t heads at Jersey Mike's have done it again. Someone else was picking up our order. We ordered online, which I do not advise, but under the circumstances, seem to be the best choice. We ordered: Reg. #8 on whole wheat, NO oil, NO vinegar, No Mayo. This was soaked in vinegar. Some oil. Owner said it was like eating a pickle. Reg. #17, extra meat, extra cheese. Got here stone cold, Must have been in the fridge for over 1 hour, wrapper was soaking wet from condensation. American cheese, maybe, certainly not provalone. Reg. #8 on white, also NO oil, NO vinegar, No Mayo. Swimming in both oil and vinegar, inedible. Reg. #7, on white, also NO oil, NO vinegar, No Mayo. Extra cheese. 1 tomato slice. No extra cheese. DON'T USE ON LINE IT SUCKS, WATCH THEM MAKE YOUR SANDWICH. TO FIX THIS, POS SYSTEM LIKE ARBYS OR ANY OTHER FAST FOOD OUTLET, READ THE ORDER, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE.

::Satisfy your stomach and eat here as often as you can. The meat and toppings are always fresh and high quality. The food and service are way better than any of the other fast sandwich shops. They are famous for their roast beef - after several months of that, I ventured on a limb and tried several others...not been disappointed yet!

::In a word Delicious! More impressive than how tasty my #13 was...the speed and efficiency of the sub sandwich engineers that work at this store. There was a fairly substantial line of customers when I initially walked in this establishment (about 12 people in front of me). Before I could get annoyed with the wait time...I was up near the counter ordering my sub; before I knew it I was paying and then quickly I was out the door.

::I been to several Jersey Mike's over the country and this one is the worst. Favor is lacking and cheese slices you can see through. The wheat bread here is always hard and nasty. I keep going back in hopes it will get better, but Everytime I'm more disappointed. The dining area is clean as are the restrooms, but certainly not as clean as most other Jersey Mike's I've been to. Possibly due to high turnover as I have never seen the same person twice working there. I think I will just skip the Happy valley location and go to the one on Bell Road.
