  Amaaaaaazing Subs! The Staff has great chemistry and are very respectful. I had The “Famous Philly” made by a guy who lived in Philadelphia! Great subs by great people!

  Okay good sandwich. However, when it's so cold and I tell the guys it's freezing in here and blowing cold air on my family and the only response I get is " No it's 69 in here." Really? 69 might feel good to you, but with the blowing cold air on us and the door opening up it's cold and by the way... I'm a paying customer....did you forget? You are here for the paying customer - not your comfort. We will now eat somewhere else so you can be comfortable. I have to wonder how many other people feel this way which might explain the decline in business. TREAT THE CUSTOMER RIGHT OR LOSE THEM.

  This is quite possibly the worst sub I've had in my life! Completely tasteless! Also, not cheap! Mentioned it to someone from the staff and they simply shrugged. I'd have rated this even lower than one star of I could've. Most money I'v paid for the least amount of taste.

  Oh Jersey Mike. I really wanted to like you. However, the first time, only and last time I went to your store you were training in someone that absolutely ruined the sub. Who uses red wine vinegar anyways? Then you didn't remake the sandwich after you screwed it up. Sorry Jersey Mike...Jimmy Johns is sooo much better.

  Employees were great. First jersey Mike's I've been too. Subs tasted awesome, especially the grilled steak and cheese and chicken and cheese. I like how they slice the deli meat fresh for every sandwich. Employees gave me a full explanation of all the sandwiches with recommendations each visit. Huge fan now.
